- I'm pretty certain that many of his victims are still alive and having to deal with the crippling injuries sustained thanks to this thing. The fact that this thing has been terminated doesn't shut off the hate valve - nor should it. So to answer your question - yes.

- Until the entitlements or "sacred cows" are cut - then this other stuff is window dressing. And it's not even a cut. If you and I cut our budget - we go from spending $100 bucks a week on groceries to $80 a week - thats a true cut.
